FAQ's
| Q: | What if I have once off changes that I need done to my web site, how do I know what it will cost me? |
| A: | All you need to do is draft an email outlining all the changes that you require, send it to support at eXactWeb We will assess the extent of the changes and email you a quote. You
will not be obliged to accept the quote should it fall out side of your
budget. Please note that a 50% deposit will be required before any work
commences. |
| Q: | Why do I need to pay for three hours minimum if eXactWeb have not designed my site ? |
| A: | The
reason we charge a minimum of three hours for a web site we have not
designed is because we don't know how and who designed the site before
us. It is almost like buying a second hand car, looks nice on the
outside but you don't know how its put together in the inside. We often
need to wade through unnecessary code and reformat the web site into a
workable framework before we can even update the site, hence we charge
a minimum fee to make up for the "unknown" factor. |
